Recipe #13 Sambal Matah


Sambal Matah


Bahan 

Bawang merah (iris tipis)
Bawang putih (cincang halus)
Tomat hijau atau/dan tomat merah (potong kotak kecil
Cabai rawit (iris tipis)
Terasi (cincang halus)
Jeruk limau
Sereh (iris tipis)



Cara membuat :

1.Masukan semua bahan kedalam mangkuk
2. Panaskan minyak hingga benar-benar panas (mengeluarkan asap)
3.Siram minyak kedalam mangkuk yang sudah tersi semua bahan, aduk-aduk
4.Tambahkan air jeruk limau.
5.Bumbui dengan garam, lada, dan gula.

      bahan2 mentah hanya disiram dengan minyak panas agar kesegaran dan rasa dari sambalnya tetap terjaga dan yang pastinya rasanya lebih segar..
