Fusilli Pasta
With Pesto and Pan Seared Shrimp
Bahan :
Pesto Sauce
2 genggam daun kemangi
1 genggam daun parlsey
1 genggam daun mint
1/2 genggam kacang tanah (tanpa kulit)
1/2 bawang bombay
1 porsi Fusilli pasta
1-2 Tiger Prawn
2-3 bawang putih
1/4 bawang bombay
jeruk lemon
Cara Mambuat :
1. gongseng (tanpa minyak) kacang tanah hinga matang
dan berwarna kecoklatan (toasty smell).
2. iris tipis bawang bombay, lalu tumis hingga kecoklatan, lalu sisihkan.
3. Blender dau kemangi, mint, parsley, kacang tanah, dan tumisan bawang bombay.
Blender hinga halus. Lalu tambahkan minyak zaitun sedikit demi sedikit hingga
tekstur pesto menjadi agak kental. Lalu sisihkan*
4. rebus fusilli pasta. Lalu sisihkan
5. cincang halus bawang putih dan bawang bombay, lalu tumis hingga harum.
Masukan pasta, aduk rata. Tambahkan 3-4 sdm air rebusan pasta.
Masukan 2 sdm pesto sauce. Aduk rata.
6. Bumbui dengan garam dan lada. lalu tambahkan perasan jeruk lemon.
7. Bersihkan udang, bumbui dengan garam dan lada. lalu pan seared hingga matang.
*saus pesto dalam resep ini bisa untuk 3-4 porsi, jadi sisanya bisa ditaruh di lemari es.
