SATE LILIT BALI
Bahan :
1 Dada Ayam
100 - 150 grm udang (buang kulit)
15 sereh (untuk tusuk sate)
Tepung sagu/maizena
1/2 sdt terasi bakar
1,5 sdm gula jawa
BUMBU HALUS
4 bawang putih
9 bawang merah
2 cabe merah (buang biji)
cabe rawit (sesuai selera)
2 cm jahe
2 cm laos
2 - 3 cm kencur
1 sdm ketumbar (sangrai)
2 sdm kelapa parut
3 - 4 cm kunyit*
Cara Membuat :
1. Gongseng (tanpa minyak) kelapa parut hingga sedikit kecoklatan dan agak kering
2. blender ayam dan udang, bumbui dengan garam dan lada, tambahkan 4 - 5 sdm kelapa gongseng, tambahkan 2 sdm maizena
3. blender BUMBU HALUS, tumis hingga matang dan wangi, tambahkan terasi dan gula merah diakhir penumisan, bumbui dengan garam.
4. Campur adonan ayam dengan BUMBU HALUS (tambahkan bumbu halus sedikit demi sedikit sampai rasa yang diingan telah didapat), lilit adonan ke batang sereh yang sudah di bersihkan
5. Panggang hingga matang*
* Apabila tidak memiliki panggangan, dapat menggunakan wajan anti lengket.
